1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KOM Wars (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Strava Data Usage

KOM Wars accesses your Strava data through the Strava API solely for the purpose of calculating competition scores, displaying leaderboards, and awarding achievements. We do not modify your Strava data. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to manipulate scores by fabricating or modifying Strava activities.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the Service.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KOM Wars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
